The presumptive First Husband’s meeting with Attorney General Loretta Lynch may force the Obama administration’s hand to indict Hillary Clinton over her failure to protect US secrets and hand the presidency to Bernie Sanders.

The smartest man in America right now is Bernie Sanders. After facing a monumental trouncing at the hands of the corporate media and AP spin doctors who announced the race was over before California voters ever arrived at the polls, the insurgent Democratic challenger did something nobody expected – he stayed in the race and he refused to endorse Hillary Clinton.
That decision looks like it may just pay off with reports today that FBI investigators grilled the former Secretary of State for an astonishing four hours as the agency’s director James Comey received license to pursue the case to the very bounds of the law after months of Department of Justice stonewalling in the wake of Bill Clinton’s not so secret pow-wow at Sky Harbor airport with Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
The disgraced Attorney General claimed that the conversation with the husband of an investigation target who himself is a potential defendant or witness was merely lighthearted chatter about the grandchildren and how best to take a stand against the rising tide of crime in America.
Yet, even Loretta Lynch was forced to admit that the meeting created the appearance of impropriety and vowed to “take a step back” from the case amidst calls for her to recuse herself entirely from the proceedings. The Attorney General vowed that she will follow whatever recommendation she receives from the FBI even if James Comey’s office demands an indictment in the middle of the political season.
It has been reported by multiple outlets that FBI agents are clamoring for an immediate indictment against the former First Lady for compromising US national security secrets by housing the country’s vital diplomatic data on an entirely unsecured "homebrew" server to avoid complying with Freedom of Information Act disclosure requirements.
The investigation has already determined that numerous pieces of secret, top secret, and even higher than top secret information – SCIF data or information that can only be read inside of a Special Compartmentalized Information Facility.
Removal of data from a SCIF, as has been established Hillary Clinton has done is the most severe of potential claims. Given the high level of secrecy of SCIF data and the fact that it is held in a separate facility, the claim that the underlying act was unintentional would not hold weight in a court of law.
Perhaps most concerning was a recent revelation that the identity of undercover CIA agents may have been compromised by hackers who successfully accessed Hillary Clinton’s email system. At least 47 of the emails contain the notation B3 CIA PERS/ORG indicating that the material referred to CIA personnel.
Finally, the investigation has also uncovered that Hillary Clinton continued to use the system despite repeated reports that her email box was being hacked and even after one incident where State Department officials rushed to unplug the entire system due to an attempted security breach.
It is not surprising then that infamous hacker Guccifer, who exposed Hillary’s private email account by releasing documents sent to Clinton acolyte Sidney Blumenthal, claims that he repeatedly hacked the former Secretary of State’s email system "easily" calling it an "open orchid on the internet."
CIA whistleblower Edward Snowden recently made headlines bashing the Secretary of State pointing to the fact that he provided information to the public about mass surveillance to protect civil liberties but if he returned home he would face a lifelong prison sentence under the espionage act, but Hillary Clinton’s dereliction placed the country’s national security in peril and risked the lives of US personnel while being the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party.

Gun From Botched Fast & Furious Program Used In Paris Attacks?

One of the guns used in the November 13, 2015 Paris terrorist attacks came from Phoenix, Arizona where the Obama administration allowed criminals to buy thousands of weapons illegally in a deadly and futile “gun-walking” operation known as “Fast and Furious.”
A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.
The investigative follow up of the Paris weapon consisted of tracking a paper trail using a 4473 form, which documents a gun’s ownership history by, among other things, using serial numbers. The Phoenix gun owner that the weapon was traced back to was found to have at least two federal firearms violations—for selling one weapon illegally and possessing an unregistered automatic—but no enforcement or prosecutorial action was taken against the individual. Instead, ATF leaders went out of their way to keep the information under the radar and ensure that the gun owner’s identity was “kept quiet,” according to law enforcement sources involved with the case. “Agents were told, in the process of taking the fully auto, not to anger the seller to prevent him from going public,” a veteran law enforcement official told Judicial Watch.
It’s not clear if the agency, which is responsible for cracking down on the illegal use and trafficking of firearms, did this because the individual was involved in the Fast and Furious gun-running scheme. An ATF spokesman, Corey Ray, at the agency’s Washington D.C. headquarters told Judicial Watch that “no firearms used in the Paris attacks have been traced” by the agency. When asked about the ROI report linking the weapon used in Paris to Phoenix, Ray said “I’m not familiar with the report you’re referencing.” Judicial Watch also tried contacting the Phoenix ATF office, but multiple calls were not returned.
The ATF ran the Fast and Furious experiment and actually allowed criminals, “straw purchasers,” working for Mexican drug cartels to buy weapons at federally licensed firearms dealers in Phoenix and allowed the guns to be “walked”—possessed without any knowledge of their whereabouts. The government lost track of most of the weapons and many have been used to murder hundreds of innocent people as well as a U.S. Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry, in Arizona. A mainstream newspaper reported that a Muslim terrorist who planned to murder attendees of a Muhammad cartoon contest in Garland, Texas last year bought a 9-millimeter pistol at a Phoenix gun shop that participated in the ATF’s Fast and Furious program despite drug and assault charges that should have raised red flags. Judicial Watch has thoroughly investigated Fast and Furious and has sued the Obama administration for information about the once-secret operation.

Clinton And Lynch Wanted To Get Caught
The fix is in. Everybody in the know already knew. Justice is different for them and us. Lynch and Clinton met for a reason and my hunch is that they already know that the FBI will not indict Hillary and Lynch can accept it unconditionally now. Just watch and see.
Loretta Lynch Tied To Firm That Scrubbed Hillary's Server
Loretta Lynch worked for firm that captured Hillary's emails and filed their taxes for them.
But little known is the fact that Lynch was a litigation partner for eight years at a major Washington law firm that served the Clintons.
Lynch was with the Washington-headquartered international law firm Hogan & Hartson LLP from March 2002 through April 2010.
According to documents Hillary Clinton’s first presidential campaign made public in 2008, Hogan & Hartson’s New York-based partner Howard Topaz was the tax lawyer who filed income tax returns for Bill and Hillary Clinton beginning in 2004.
In addition, Hogan & Hartson in Virginia filed a patent trademark request on May 19, 2004, for Denver-based MX Logic Inc., the computer software firm that developed the email encryption system used to manage Clinton’s private email server beginning in July 2013. A tech expert has observed that employees of MX Logic could have had access to all the emails that went through her account.
In 1999, President Bill Clinton nominated Lynch for the first of her two terms as U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, a position she held until she joined Hogan & Hartson in March 2002.
While there is no evidence that Lynch played a direct role either in the tax work done by the firm for the Clintons or in linking Hillary’s private email server to MX Logic, the ethics of the legal profession hold all partners jointly liable for the actions of other partners in a business.
“If Hogan and Hartson previously represented the Clintons on tax matters, it is incumbent upon U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch to [disclose] what, if any, role she had in such tax matters,” said Tom Fitton, president of Washington-based Judicial Watch.
His watchdog group is playing a leading role in pressing Freedom of Information Act litigation to obtain the release of Clinton’s email correspondence while she was secretary of state.
“If Lynch played any role at all regarding income tax work done for the Clintons by Hogan and Hartson, it would bolster the call for a special counsel should the FBI recommend prosecution in the Hillary Clinton email case,” Fitton said.
As WND reported earlier this month, former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova is confident Department of Justice prosecutors have convened a grand jury in the Hillary Clinton email case, based on comments from Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
In a press release March 20, 2002, Hogan & Hartson, currently known as Hogan Lovells after a May 2010 merger with a London-based law firm, announced Lynch had joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Litigation Practice Group, focusing her law practice on commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense and corporate compliance issues.
Then, in a an April 26, 2010, statement Hogan & Hartson announced Lynch had decided to return to her previous Justice Department job after being nominated by President Obama in February 2010 to become once again the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York.
A report published April 8, 2008, by The American Lawyer noted Hogan & Hartson were among Hillary Clinton’s biggest financial supporters in the legal industry during her first presidential campaign.
“Firm lawyers and staff have donated nearly $123,400 to her campaign so far, according to campaign contribution data from the Center for Responsive Politics,” Nate Raymond observed in The American Lawyer article. “Christine Varney, a partner in Hogan’s Washington, D.C., office, served as chief counsel to the Clinton-Gore Campaign in 1992.”

As first reported by Patrick Howley on Breitbart.com last August, Hogan & Hartson filed with the Commissioner for Trademarks in Virginia to abandon MX Logic’s application for the trademark SPAMTRAQ in a letter written on Hogan & Hartson stationary and signed by the firm’s Virginia-based attorney Audrey H. Reed on May 19, 2004.
On July 30, 2009, Internet security software giant McAfee Inc. announced it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire MX Logic for $140 million in cash.
On March 4, 2015, CBS News reported that in November 2012, without explanation, Clinton’s private email account was reconfigured to use Google’s servers as a backup in case her own personal email server failed.
CBS further reported that in July 2013, five months after Clinton resigned as secretary of state, her private email server was reconfigured again to use a Denver-based commercial email provider, MX Logic, which was then owned by McAfee.
In June 2013, Clinton hired Platte River networks in Denver to upgrade, secure and manage the private email server for both Clintons and their staffs, according to the Denver Post.
Email security under MX Logic questioned
Marc Perkel, a tech entrepreneur and former systems administrator at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, went on the record on March 16, 2015, explaining that employees at MX Logic, now owned by McAfee, “had full access” to all of Hillary Clinton’s classified emails in an unencrypted form.
“Email from the Internet is routed by DNS records called MX records, [which] are used to look up where to deliver email destined for a recipient,” Perkel wrote. “When someone uses a Spam Filtering service they point their MX records to that service and all email for that domain goes to the spam filtering service first – they clean it – and forward the good email on to the recipient server which is secret to the world.
“What this means is that when Obama or anyone in the State Department emailed Hillary, the email went to MX Logic,” Perkel stressed. “It was then decrypted, checked for spam and viruses, and then reencrypted and sent over the open Internet to Hillary’s server. While it was at MX Logic it could be read, tapped, archived, or forwarded to anyone in the world without anyone knowing.”

When Lynch’s nomination as attorney general was considered by the Senate one year ago, as WND reported, the Senate Judiciary Committee examined her role in the Obama administration decision not to prosecute the banking giant HSBC for laundering funds for Mexican drug cartels and Middle Eastern terrorists.

Clinton and Lynch Caught
I think what everybody is missing in this whole Clinton/Lynch secretive airplane hookup is that they did not disclose the meeting. They were caught red-handed and had to confess. Then the lies started and the bullshit snowballed. Remember, Bill Clinton is not only a witness in two separate FBI investigations of his wife, he appointed Lynch to a judgeship in New York.
