These Countries Still Eat Dogs (Recipe Included!!)

Note:  This dog is still alive.
Must Remove Hair First.

1. Taiwan - notorious for dog meat sold as regular conventional meat.
2.  Arctic - it must come shocking because sleigh pulling dogs are crucial to their transportation, but when your food runs scarce, mans best friend becomes mans only food source.
3. China- Notorious for dog meat, they even have a dog eating festival.
4. Korea - people take dog days literally here! Koreans believe dogs are eaten during the hottest days of the year. Contributing to a 2 billion dollar industry.
5. Mexico: Aztecs bred dogs dor meat and today the poor and the homeless have not much choice.
6. French Polynesia - Islanders eat when there is no other viable option.
7. Switzerland - in rural areas of St.gallen dog meats are consumed. Dog meat is not illegal in Switzerland, rules only require them to be treated humanely.
8. Vietnam: barbecued dog meat with lemongrass! Dog meats are demanded and are a delicacy.

Stewed Dog, Wedding Style

First, kill a medium-sized dog.  A hammer to the head works really nice.  If no hammer is available, a baseball bat, tire tool, cordless drill or beach ball will do fine.  Just kidding...you can't kill a dog with a beach ball.  I suggest a young Lab or even a Chow.  The purple in the Chow tongue tastes really unique.  Burn off the fur over a hot fire.  Please make sure the dog is dead.  They scream really loud when you burn the fur off while they are alive...next thing you know the politically correct police are at your door acting like a bunch of college kids. Carefully remove the skin while still warm and set aside for later (may be used in other recipes). Cut meat into 1" cubes. Marinate meat in mixture of vinegar, peppercorn, salt, and garlic for 2 hours. Fry meat in oil using a large wok over an open fire, then add onions and chopped pineapple and sauté until tender. Pour in tomato sauce and boiling water, add green pepper, bay leaf, and Tabasco. Cover and simmer over warm coals until meat is tender. Blend in purée of dog's liver and cook for additional 5–7 minutes.  Dogs love it too!
Enjoy!
